Sunday, May 3, we will gather at 10:30 am both in the church parking lot for Drive-In Worship

A couple of notes for our Easter Sunday Drive-In Worship:

First and foremost, STAY IN YOUR CAR!!! We do not want to put the health and safety of one another at risk, during this time. I know most of us have been cooped up in our homes, and we long for seeing one another and embracing one another, but please refrain from getting out of your car during the Drive-In Worship service. Also, please use the restroom before arriving at the church for worship. The Church offices and restrooms will not be open during our time of worship.

Secondly, we will celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion on Easter Sunday. I will have individually wrapped Communion elements which contain both a wafer (Body) and juice (Blood). During the Easter Sunday Drive-In Worship service, Pastor Jeff will pass out the Communion elements while wearing gloves and a mask. If you would feel more comfortable, please bring your own Communion elements. This could be a small bottle of water, a small bottle of grape juice, any cracker, or a slice of bread. In keeping with our Wesleyan heritage, theology, and Methodist Doctrine, all elements must be consumed during the worship service.

Thirdly, there will be two locations for you to pick up a song booklet and give your tithes and offerings. I ask that as you enter the parking lot, you drive past one of the two locations, and there you will receive a song booklet and you can drop your tithes in the tote marked “Tithes & Offerings”. There will be someone standing there in case it falls out or blows away.

Lastly, if you are not feeling well, please stay at home. We want more than anything to see you, but if you are feeling ill or wake up with a sniffle I invite you to join us in worship via the Facebook Live Video.
